Oak Ridge Academy II

Rose semi-pinned her ears and snorted stepping back and lowering her head, highly offended. "Oh stop being so sensitive." Maureen scolded and pulled on the reins lightly. rose's head bobbed back up and she arched her neck flicking her tail in impatience wanting to run.

Shane Tied Cody to the Pole and smirked. "He isn't the Kindest Horse.." He warned and pulled the Black western Bridle over his arm, Also grabbed the Saddle pad. He walked back to Cody and tossed the Pad over his back, positioning it right . He walked around him and unhooked his Halter, holding his nose with his hand. He pulled the Brindle up and Forced the bit into his mouth, pulling the Strap over his ears, he Buckled all the buckles and smiled. "Good Boy" he said softly and pat his nose, heading back for the saddle.

(If you had played a mean Shane, i would have had her say, like owner like horse. :P)

Maureen laughed lightly and shrugged. She watched Shane tack Cody up. She shifted her weight, sometimes she detested tack, without it, she could fly with Rose across the fields, no limits, just fly.

"you Ride Western or English?" Shane Asked as he grabbed the Saddle, walking back to Cody, He tossed it over his back and adjusted it, bending down to Fix the Girth.

"Well....sometimes i motsly to western, but i do english for jumping, and most of the time, no tack at all." She laughd lightly at how complicated her answere had been. "What about you?"

"Western.. Jumping isn't exactly My 'Thing'.. I Like Barrel Racing Though.." Shane replied and tightened the Girth, standing up again. He pat Cody's neck gently and Walked him out of the Tack Stall, turning him around to Wait for Maureen.

"Oooh." She said sighing unoticably at the lack of things they had in common, she shrugged lightly then urged Rose into a fast walk after him. Then passed him heading out to the pastures, then trotting over to door that lead out to a trail leading through the woods. "This trail is rarely usd, but it's really beautiful, i walked down there once." She said and trotted forward.

[oh, i thought she was gonna use Tack :O XD]

Shane smirked and Mounted Cody Quickly. "Cmon Boy" He said softly and clicked his tongue, kicking Cody's Side gently.
Cody snorted softly And Trotted out of the Barn and Into the PAsture. Then he Sped up and Went into a Canter, so That he was Beside Maureen and Rose.

(Nope, barebacks her fave. :P I love bareback also, my friend got a horse, and i walked her around bareback, it was awesome, and FUNNNN)

She smiled and stared ahead as she moved Rose into a quick canter. She gazed around her, and listened to all the sounds, and breathed in the fresh scent of pine neeldes leaves, the color of fall was amazing, amazingly amazing. She smiled brightly, loving this fall.

(CHANGE OF PLANS. The Location of this school is no longer scottlamd, it's england, so there is a winter and what not. :P)

Shane smiled as he looked around At the Trees, Breathing in a Deep breath of Fresh air. This Really Was the Life. Although he was from a City, this was where he Really liked to be. He pat Cody's shoulder gently, then urged him into a Gallop to catch up with Maureen, eventually slowing into a Canter once he was a Little bit ahead of her, he smiled.
Cody nickered and tossed his head.

She looked over at Shane and smiled lightly looking away and at the ground that was passing under Rose's feet. Maureen squeezed her legs more to prevent from loosing her balance. She slowly searched the ground boredly and bit her lip.

"your not afraid of a little.. race. are you?" shane Taunted playfully and stopped Cody.
Cody Reared up a little bit and pulled on the Reins, stopping as he was commanded to.

She lifted her gaze. "No..just...distracted." She said quietly. Then plastered a slighlty fake smile on her face. "Race ya to the....." She trailed off then kicked rose gently into a flat out gallop. She didn't want to just yet tell him what was at the end of the trail. Leaves flew up as they galloped forward. Maureen leaned forward and grasped Rose's main. Rose sprung out into another burst of speed, her legs a blur of color.

Shane narrowed his Eyebrows, Then kicked Cody's Side roughly. "Cmon Boy, lets Beat Em'" He said in a Low tone To Cody and Grabbed the Reins tighter.
Cody whinnied loudly and Reared up a little, bolting forward in a Fast Gallop, Leaves, Dirt and Small Stones flew up behind them.

Rose looked over at Cody, she snorted loudly and competitively, adrenaline now surging through her perfectly shaped body,muscles rippled under her silky coat. Maureen smiled proudly starign straight ahead. "To the waterfall." She said very softly. Rose twitched her ears back to hear what she had said and nickered happily.

[my brother.. was just sititng next to me.. trying to figure out how a WD-40 can worked.. and then he sprayed it, on my Side. -.- I'm 'bout to Die from the smell]

"Woaaah no!" shane said and pulled Cody to a Quick Halt.
Cody snorted and pulled his head back, stopping as told.
"Cody Does NOT do Water. Any more than his Water bucket and He'll go Bazerk." Shane said and pat Cody's neck, waiting for Maureen to Stop.

Maureen surprised by his reactio slid Rose to a stop a little ways ahead. "Oh....ok..then...i'll see you around." She said hiding her hurt expression wit skill. "Talk to you later." She said turning Rose into another side trail and urging her into a trot. She let out a soft, BARELY audible sigh and bit her lip.

Shane gulped softly, Also trying to Hide his Sad expression. "I'll.. yeah- See you around.." He said with a Gentle Sigh and turned Cody around Quickly.
Cody Reared fully and tossed his head a little, coming down quickly with a Thud, he bolted back up the Trails.
Shane held tightly onto the Reins and Bit his lip.

Maureen slowed Rose once they came to a small, waterfall, although it was small, it was still beautiful. She fuly stopped Rose and slid from her back stretching her legs and arms and staring into the water that trickled over the rocks. She had blown it and she knew that full well. Her eyes lost focus as she stared aimlesly into the water and she adverted her gaze and sighed deeply.

Shane slowed Cody down once they got to the Top of the Trail. He looked around, the Stables in Sight.
Cody snorted and Sped up into a Canter up the the Stables, then he slowed again and walked into the Stable.
Shane slid off his Back and pat his neck, Leading him to the Tack stall.

She looked around out of boredom and walked back to waterfall, this was no funw ithout someone with you, she felt like her heart had sunk to the bottom of her stomach, she bit down on her lip until she tasted blood and winced.

Shane almost got the The Tack room, then stopped. "Y'know what.. I'm gonna ride anyways.." Shane said and smiled lightly. He bit his lip as it faded, then Mounted Cody before even leaving the stables. "cmon!" He said and kicked Cody's side Gently.
Cody nickered and Bolted out of the Stables, then the Pastures, Then down a different Trail.

Maureen pulled herself up onto Rose's back and sighed turnign her around and walking her back down the trail, the sound of falling watered faded untill it was just the gentle clop of Rose's hooves.
