Oak Ridge Academy II

Maureens eyes grew big and wide. "Oh my gosh!" She said aloud her mind flipping over all the things that would happen if everyone else found out about this. She instantly was making way over to them. "Shane, what in the wordl were you thinking? You'll get expelled!!" She said urgently.

Ashley screamed and grabbed he arm with the other, running off.
"I-ah-um-" Shane staggered and pulled his arm back to his side, his eyes Wide. "I swear, I didn't mean to!!" He said and looked back and forth frantically to see if anyone saw.

"it' fine...But knowing here she'llmake abig deal out of it and tell everyone..." She said and bit her lip. She knew perfectly the Shane would be expelled with no further notice. "Shane, if the principle hears he'll expell you, you'll have to pakc yout bags and leave, what about me? I can't very well stay here while your not!" She said frantically, her eys still wide.

"um.. Maybe.. She won't tell anyone?" Shane said, "No.. thats not gonna happen.." He added in a lower tone. "Where did she go anyways?..." He asked and looked around.



Ashley stood at the principle's Door and managed to make some Fake Tears, She smiled to himself, then held her arm and knocked frantically on the Door.

"Come in!" Said the annoyed voice behind the door. The principle sat regally in his arm chair, the brass plate on his desk shined in the little sun that made it trhough his thick shades, his face had many wrinkles and he looked in his late 50's he had an annoyed look plastered on his pale white face, he never went outside, only when he needed to, because he didn't like the sun, it was odd, but he just didn't lke the sun, that explains why he is as pale as a ghost, and is old enough to actually be one too. (Haha)

Maureen grabbed his hand and held it firmly. "If your expelled, so am i. What can i do to get expelled..?" She asked bitin her lip. "Ha! You can say i put you up to punching her! But that won't work if she doesn't go with it." She sighed agravatedly.

"Nooooo..... even If I Get expelled.. I won't let you, too.. It is a Really big thing to get accepted here.. I don't want you to ruin it for yourself.." Shane said and looked at Maureen.

Ashley came in and sniffled loudly, holding her arm. "h-Sh-Shane Grey.. He-he" She staggered, overdoing the fake-crying thing.

"Truthfully, you leaving would ruin it for me." She said biting her lip and staring up at him,her face had a look of worry and concern. She took his hand and held it in her own, just watching as her fingers interwined with his, she squeezed gently and looked down. Her hair blew to the side by a soft gust of wind and she shivered lightly. "I couldn't stay here without you." She whispered softly.

Shane smiled softly and gently grasped her hand with his fingers. "and my life would be practically nothing If I didn't have you to share it with.." He said in a soft tone, almost a whisper.

This stuff was too emotional for Maureen, tears started forming in her eyes, once one was released all the others followed, tricklign down her cheeks. She pulled herself closer to himanda hugged him tightly, flinching at the clatter her crutche made when they fell to the groud once se released them, she stood on one foot and burried her face into his chet, more tears coming.

The principle raised an eyebrow. "Sit down and explain child." He said. "Calm down otherwise i will not understand a word your saying, and i won't listen." he said sternly and harshly starig at her with a gaze that was as cold as sement in the winter. "Speak up!" He said after a while waiting for her. His face creased with an annoyed frown.

Ashley looked out the window behind the principles Desk at Shane and Maureen and scowled, sniffling again, she looked at the principle. "Well.. I Was just Talking to Shane's girlfriend, Maureen.." She started. "And then she got mad at me.. and once Shane saw her mad.. h-he came over and punched me.. and I Asked him why andhe just shoved me away....." She said, Lying with Skill. (Brat -.-)


Shane rest his chin on her head and hugged her back, rubbing her back comfortingly. "No Matter what happens.. I Won't ever let you go" He said in a Whisper to her.

"I..i know." She said softly, "I'm coming with you." She stated firmly, "I'll run away if i have to. Well limp." She giggled she hadn't lost her humor. She leaned on him and closed her eyes breathing in his fresh scent as it wafted off of his clothes, she sighed happily, the tears drying on her cheeks.

The principle frowned. "Thank you, not get out of here while i call him into the office." He said. he grabbed the reciever of one phone and pressed the speakers button, there were speakers on all the buildings inside and out. "Will Shane Grey Immediatly come to my office, accompanied by Maureen Parker." he said in a stern disapproving voice.

Maureen's eys flew open. "She told!" She exclaimed pulling him closer. She hugged him tightly once before releasing her grip just a little.

Shane's stomach instantly got in knots as he heard the Principle on the Loud dspeaker. "oy..' He murmured to himself as he hugged Maureen once more also, Waiting for her to Get her crutches before moving.

Ashley nodded and left, As soon as she left the office and shut the door, she snickered to herself and walked outside, sitting on a bench.

Maureen released her grasp on himand hopped back, wobbling. "Whoa." She said and bit her lip, she crouched down and grabbed her crutches putting them under her arms and standing up straight and steady. "Lets go." She said and nodded towards hte main building.

Shane bit h is lip and nodded slowly, walking towards the Building slowly, next to Maureen.

Maureen stayed beside him as they walked, her eyes never leaving the building, she was thinking up ways for her to get expalled also.

shane bit his lip even harder as he came to the entrance to the Building.. He walked in, holding the Door open for Maureen and looked at the principle's Door, his stomach twisting even more.

Maureen stepped in and bit her lip, looking down the long hall way to the right, "Well...almost there." She said softly, walkign down it, her eyes rested on the door with the shiny brass plate, that had in a beautiful cursive 'School Principle' engraved apon it. She bit her lip and slowed a bit.

"Yep.. almost there.." Shane added to Maureen and walked to the Door, looking at the brass plate.. He reached for the doorknob and slowly turned it, opening the door. "Um..- Sh-Shane Grey here.." He said to the principle and walked in, holding the door for Maureen.

The principle stared at Shane harshly and moved it to Maureen as she walked in. "What in the world happened to you child?" He said as he saw her leg. "Broke my leg." She said softly. "Horse acident." "I never heard anything about it." he objected. "Well,word doens't spread fast here then." She replied cooly.

"Well." He said and frowned, he looked at Shane. "I hear you hit a girl by the name of Ashley." He said his face harsh.

"Well.. um.. No- I Mean Yes..- But There is way more to the story than that.." Shane staggered, being embarrassed at the Same time as Scared..

"No buts Mister. Grey" The principle said standing up, and pounding his fist ontot he table, the coffee cup shook and the black gooey coffee inside spurt out the top as the table shook on it's spindly legs. "You hit a girl, and there is nothing more to it, you are here by expelled from school. as for you young lady," He said motioning to Maureen. "I don't know what you had to do with this, but you are suspended from classes for a day. His face was beat red from the shouting and he sat down. Maureen bit her lip and nodded. "Yes sir." Inside she was jumping for joy at what he gave her, now no one would be expecting her and she coudl get out of this school unoticed.

Shane jumped a little and widened his eyes at the Principle's yelling.. He looked around, then out the window at the bench that Ashley was sitting on.. he gave a cold scowl.. then looked at Maureen.. he knew She was Really happy.. And Althought he should've been.. HE had a miserable and Really Worried look on his Face. "Y-Yes Sir.." He said in a low tone.

Maureen grabbed Shanes arm and turend around. "Lets go. I'l help you pack." She said, and bit her lip trying to hold back her smile, she was going to be packing also.
