Oak Ridge Academy II

She sighed,maybe she had blown it for REAL this time, she bit her lip and looked at the floor, more tears stinging her glazed eyes. She looked around, her bright orbs focusing on random things.

Shane walked to the bathroom and jumped at his appearance in the mirror.. his Hair was everywhere and He looked Over-tired.. He shook his head to himself and shut the door, jumping in the shower. He came out about 15 minutes later.. then got Dressed and flipped his hair upside down to Dry it with a towel.

Maureen closed her eyes and rubbed them, sniffling and leaning er head back, shifting her weight and trying to move her leg.

shane yawned once more, Then flipped his hair up.. He walked to the mirror and jumped again. Didn't look much better than before.. now It just got spiked. He sighed gently and Brushed it at the Same time at blow-drying it. Once he was done, he smiled to himself and fingered it around to make it look good.

Maureen sighed and groaned in pain, giving up on trying to move her leg. She hit a little button on a lever, and the bed moved, folding slightly so she was sitting upwards, then it stopped and she sighed softly rubbing her aching back.

Shane bit his lip and walked by His Dorm Door, grabbing his shoes, He slipped them on and tied them Quickly. He stopped what he was doing and looked around his dorm.. He was starting to have second on going to see Maureen at All...

Her stomach tied into knots and she sighed, trying to calm herself down, she seemed to be just terrible, her head and back ached, and her leg hurt miserably.

(*Cough Cell*Cough*phone*Cough* XD)

Shane sighed and looked around his Dorm again.. He looked down and shook his head gently, then walked over to his Acoustic Guitar and Grabbed the Neck of it. He also reached in his Desk Drawer and Grabbed his Notebook, shutting it, He walked out of his dorm and Shut the door with one finger, Walking down the hallways.

Maureen sighed and looked at the door again as the handle wobbled, hope filled her eyes then drained once she saw it was just the doctor. She sighed and burst into tears again,t he doctor looked a little shocked and scooted back out the door. (bahahah)

Shane kept walking till he came to the Exit, he pushed it open with the hand he was holding the notepad in, and ran out in a Jog to the Bench, flopping down on it.. HE positioned his Guitar and bit his lip, Balancing the Notepad on his knees so he could Read the lyrics he wrote.

(Not Replying with maureen again, theres nothing for me to say..just reply again :P)

She looked at the phone beside her bed, her cell and all her belongings had been taken away, because all of her stuff was in her clothes pockets, now she was in a stupid hospital gown. She said reached over, and pickign up the reciever, she looked at the phone for a long while before pressing talk then wrinkling her nose, she didn't even know his number, she had ment to call Shane, but what was the point? She didn't even have his phone number.

Shane yawned and squinted a little bit to See the song He had the page on, He could make out "When you look me In the eyes" Ontop of the page.. He smiled to himself, He knew this one by heart, and didn't really need the notepad to play. He shifted his gaze to his hands on the Strings, and started playing and singing. "[i]If the Heart is always searchin', can you ever find a home? I've been lookin' for the someone i'll never make it on my ow-" He started, but was cut off by hearing a Noise behind the bench he was on, He stopped playing and looked back, his expression immediately switched to Angry once he saw it was Ashley, leaning on the Tree about 7 feet away. "go away' He snapped bitterly to her and faced forward again.
"Why are you acting like this?.." Ashley asked in an innocent tone and walked forward, leaning on the back of the Bench and resting her chin on Shane's shoulder.
Shane looked back at her with a disgusted face. "Get off me" He scowled and shook his shoulder, facing forward again.
"Feisty.." Ashley said with a smirk as she stood up straight and walked around, sitting next to him she grabbed the notepad off his Knees and pulled it close to her face to Read it.
"Get off that.." Shane snapped and went to grab it.
Ashley pulled it up and out of his reach and stood up, walking around the bench slowly as she read it.
"You know what.. just keep it, I could care less" Shane sniped and stood up, pulling the Guitar over his shoulder.

Maureen made a face, she kissed him three times and didn't know his number? Gee isn't that just lovely? She sighed and baled her fists and punched the bed, sighing when her head ached more.

"Oh come on Pookie.. You know i'm just messin' with you.." Ashley said in a flirty tone and closed the book, slipping it in her back pocket.
"I-" shane started, about to Yell at her,. "..- What did you do to Maureen last night?" He asked instead and raised an eyebrow.
"I Didn't do anything' Ashley replied and raised her nose up. "I Even Though she tried to Fight with me.."
"somehow I Don't Think thats the Truth.." Shane snorted with a Scowl.
"Who you gonna believe? The person you've known for 3 days, or the person you dated for 5 years?" ashley snapped in her whiny voice.
"I'll go with the First one" Shane smirked and grabbed his Guitar strap with one hand And ran to his dorm tog et a phonebook for the Taxi.

Maureen was frustrated at herself, she held herself resposible for practically everything bad thats happened. She bit her lip and groaned, banging her headback on the headboard and sighing.

Shane got into his Dorm and Dug through a few drawers for a phonebook, once he saw the Yellow, e knew he found it.. He yanked it out and flopped it on the desk. He licked his finger and ran through the pages till he Found the Taxi Tservice, He called and told them to be there in 5 minutes, then hung up his cell and Ran out his dorm, completely forgetting he even had his Guitar on his back.. He jogged to the front gate and waited.
Ashley crinkled her nose and Leaned on a Tree about 30 feet from where Shane was, watching him.

Maureen closed her eys drifting into a light sleep, her breathing was nice and steady, her leg still throbbed but she was unconcious to it because of the shot from earlier. She didn't dream.

Shane smiled to himself when the taxi got there and Jogged to it, climbing in, he pulled his Guitar onto his lap and Handed him 15$, then shut the door.
The Cabby smiled and took the money, and started to car to the hospital.

Maureen still sat upright asleep on the hospital bed..(Hehe SOO LONG)

shane smiled when he saw the hospital come into sight.. but it faded as he thought of how mad she might be at him.. "Thanks" He said in a low tone to the Cabbie and climbed out of the Car.
"No prob, Kid" the Cabbie replied.
Shane shut the Door and watched him pull out, then looked up at the hospital, taking a Deep breath. He walked in.

Maureen was STILL, sleeping. Noting new here. (:P)
