Lost, Scared and Confused

Kuro snorted and stood up, rearing lightly as he galloped towards where Shane was.

Carly leaned forward, hiding her face in Kuros mane as he galloped, her grasp was tight.

Kuro shook his head lightly as he ran as fast as he could, flaring his nostrils and breathing hard. He stopped quickly, His Hooves cutting the grass and sending some flying forward, he back up and reared near a patch of long grass to get Carly off and not to hurt her, and stepped closer to Shane, aiming his Horn straight at his chest.

Carly watched. Sittiing where she was flung lightly when Kuro reared. She stared in confusion, sadness, anger. What was he going to do?!

Kuro caught his breath as he repositioned one hoof, shutting his eyes tightly as a Small Bolt of lightening came from his horn, causing shane's body to jump a little as it hit his chest.
Kuro made another, having it hit shane's chest again, he stopped and stepped back, raising his head and watched hopefully for any movement.
Shane didn't move at all, except for his hand twitching and his chest moving VERY slightly.

Carly stared in shock, her face was pale. Her eyes shot form Shane to Kuro, then to Shane. She uncertainly stood up, walking un steadly to him. "Sh..Sh...Shane?!" She said softly, collapsing at his side, she enclosed both her hands around his and swallowed hard.

Shane didn't say anytihng, but very gently grasped her hand with his.
Kuro let out a Sigh of Relief and stood still, watching.

A smile pulled at the sides of her lips, tears of joy spilled out of her eyes. "Y..Your, alive!" She said, in awe. She looked at Kuro. Slowly freeing her hand from Shanes grasp. She stood and walked over to Kuro. Flinging her arms around his neck. "Thank you!" She said gasping for air as she burried her head in his mane, crying softly. It was almost too good to be true.

Kuro nickered gently and wrapped his neck around her, nuzzling gently.
Shane coughed a small breath and shut his eyes tightly, not being able to move much yet.

She smiled then slipped out of his horsey embrace. She looked at Shane and hurried over, flopping beside him again, her hands reaching for his, she lifted it gently, and rubbed it. Her eyes still red. "You should...get some rest, we could stay here for a while." She said softly. Still holding hi hand gently she laid beside him, staring at the sky, she still couldn't quite believe he was alive now, it was to hard to comprehend, but it had happened, he was alive.

Shane swallowed quickly and tried standing, letting out a groan as he couldn't sit up. He opened his eyes a little bit and looked at Carly, a small, but weak smile on his face.
Kuro lay down and watched quietly.

Carly sat up, and placed her hand on his shoulder. "Just relax." She said soothingly, rubbing her eyes with her left hand, as her other was still holding Shanes hand. She bit her lip gently.

Shane didn't listen and stumbled to his knees, falling forward and releasing Carly's hand, he moaned and coughed up a little blood, breathing very slowly.
Kuro stood up just in case and watched closely.

Carly gasped, standing up, her arms supportingh im. "No, Shane, careful." She said and bit her lip.

"i'm..fine" shane said, choking on his words A Little bit as he stayed put.

"No, your not." She said still supporting him.

Shane started breathing normaly and sighed softly, "what.. happened?.." he asked Carly, still choking a little bit on his words as he tried to stand.

"Y..you....died." She could scarcely murmur the word.

"I what?.." Shane said, a TEENSY Laugh in his voice as he kneeled and sat on his legs.

"Y...y...you died." She said kneeling beside him. She swallowed hard. "Y...you don't believe me.." SHe said biting her lip.

"I what?.." shane asked, A Real small and weak laugh in his voice as he sat on his legs and put his hands on he ground infront of him for support.

"You heard, me, you died." She said looking at him. (brb)

"Thats not possible.." shane replied and looked at Carly, "I was only out for a few minutes.." he added, wiping a little bit of blood off his chin his his sleeve.

"Longer." She said, biting her lip. "The unicorn...saved you." She said, looking around, He doens't believe me. She thought. Does that mean..he doens't trust me to tell the truth? She pushed her thoughts asside and slipped her hand from around his hand, and pulled it back slowly.

Shane gave Kuro a quick look "unicorn?.." He asked himself, then shifted his gaze back to the ground. "I gotta get back outta here.." he said in a low tone as he stood, with a struggle.
