Lost, Scared and Confused

Shane yawned as he kept walking with his hands tucked in his pockets. He looked as far ahead as he could and sighed. it was just Deeper and Deeper into the Forest as far as he could see.
"Maybe we shouldn't be here without the Unicorn.. If There Are Unicorns here, What else could there be?.." He said to Carly as he stopped walking and pulled his hands out of his pockets.
Kuro kept running, then slowed down as he came to a Small creek, taking a drink from it, he Grazed on a patch of Grass and nickered happily.

Carly stopped and turned ot face him, nodding. "Yeah, we shou-" She was cut off as her eyes rested on a beautiful pure snow white mare, she froze to the spot, just staring at it. The unicorn lifted her magestic head and looked at Carly, this unicorns name was Britannica, Brit for short, she snorted softly and slowly walked forward, a calm look in her crystal blue eyes, she nickered gently and lowered her head looking from Shane to Carly.

Shane's eyes widened as he looked at Brit. "I.. ah.. er.. This one Won't hurt me will it?.." he asked uncertainly as he backed up a few steps.
Kuro finished Grazing and started for where Shane and Carly were again in a Fast Canter.

Brit looked at Shane, she slowly walked forward again, and looked at him curiously, she held her muzzle out and nuzzled his cheek. "I..i..don't think she will." Carly murmured in an undertone and watched as quietly as possible. Brit nudged shane gently then looked at Carly, slowly trotting to her and rubbing her head on her arm. "I think she's friendly." Carly finally said, and rubbed the unicorns muzzle. Brit closed her eyes enjoying the muzzle rub.

Shane raised an eyebrow. "I still don't trust it.." he murmured. He never actually Did like Animals, and mostly they didn't like him back. He sighed softly and took a step forward, scanning the Forest.
Kuro trotted up behind Carly, But stopped and set his gaze on Brit. His Ears perked forward, he watched her silently with interest.

Brit nickered softly and looked at Shane snorting and shakign her head, then looked at Kuro and stepped back uncertainly. She whickered to him and lowered her head.

Carly shook her head gently then stepped out from inbetween Brit and Kuro, and over to Shane. "Maybe you won't have to worry about Kuro for a while, i think he's got other things on his mind." Carly joked and crossed her arms loosely over her chest, she watched them for a while and yawned.

Shane sighed again. "Lets just go back to the Beach.." He said and turned around. "It doesn't feel right in here.."
Kuro whinnied happily and walked closer to Brit, nuzzling her shoulder gently.

Carly looked at him confused, then followed him, she caught up and walked at his side, glancing around ever now and then and biting her lip nervously at every little sound, she was getting paranoide.

Brit whinnied softly and happily and returned his nuzzle arching her neck, her pearl white horn reflected the sun that played through the leavesof the trees.

Shane put his hands in his pockets again and looked down, biting his lip. He thought about His Family back at home, and wondered if they even missed him.
Kuro nickered, then looked at Shane and Carly leaving and followed behind them. Glancing back at Brit, he motioned for her to follow.

Carly looked around and bit her lip, everything ran through her head all at once, family, friends, warmth, home, everything she missed most, she sighed softly and shook her head, she missed her family so much, she bit her lip to prevent tears.

Brit watched them, then obediantly and curiously followed them, trotting alongside Kuro and nudging him ever once and a while. She then went up beside Shane and gave him a hard nudge towards Carly.

Shane put his foot out infront of himself to stop from falling into carly, although he brushed against her a little. He regained his balance and took a few steps away from Carly, glancing at Brit with a scowl, it wiped from his face as he looked ahead again, Trying to act like that dind't just happen.
Kuro whinnied laugh and walked next to Carly, boofing her towards shane gently with his rump.

Brit whinnied laughingly and nuzzled Shane then quickly moved as he saw what Kuro did, and watched intently.

Carly unexpectant of whant Kuro had done lost her balance and tripped ovr her own feet as she tried to stop herself from falling, but fell anyway, and right into Shane at that, "oof." She said as the impact knocked the breath out of her, it didn't hurt, it was just a major surprise.

"oof" shane said as the impact of Carly falling into him knocked him down. "Knock it off!" He complained to Brit and Kuro, standing up and offering a hand to help Carly up.
Kuro whinnied and tossed his head, watching Shane and Carly, amused.

Carly blushed lightly and laid there a few seconds to reutnr to normal before slowly taking his hand and standing up. She bit her lip gently as she looked at Brit and Kuro. "They're just having fun." She laughed lightly. Looking back at Shane, realizing she was still holding his hand, she quickly released it and went to step back, but to her dismay Brit was standing right behind her, she giggled internally. Wow, these unicorns are determined. She thought, then thought a little longer, a small smile tugged at the sides of her lips as she slowly stepped forward, then quickly kissed Shane on the cheek. "Maybe that'll satisfy them." She murmured only loud enough for him to hear as she was still standing close, then she moved way slowly. She returned to his side a little farther than she had been earlier though, heart heart rate had sped up majorly after she had kissed him on the cheek, and her cheeks were a light pinkish, she removed her bangs from behind her ears and let them fall over her face covering the cheek that was visible to him, she secretly hoped that she'd have a chance to maybe kiss him on the cheek again. She chidded herself for her thoughts and sighed.

Shane took a quick step to the side, His cheeks tinted a light pink as he smiled to himself, then bit his lip to cover up the smile. "maybe.." He replied in a soft tone.
Kuro nickered softly and nudged Brit, He ran forward to an apple tree and reared up, pulling one off. He trotted back to Brit and extended his neck to her to offer her the apple.

Carly glanced at him, smiling to herself. Then looked at the unicorns, she smiled as she saw Kuro. "Awwwhhh." She joked aloud and watched as Brit extended her neck and shyly took the apple from him, sh enicekred a thank you then bit it in half, nudging the other half towards him, she bobbed her head and chewed her half.

Shane smiled as his cheeks returned to their normal color. "They're so sweet" He laughed lightly.
Kuro took the other half and ate it was he gazed at Brit.

"Mhm." She looked at Shane. "Yay! Another rare smile!" She teased, and nuded him gently then looked at Brit adn Kuro smiling.

Brit ate the rest of her half and looked at Kuro, arching her neck, she looked at the ground shyly and pawed the grass.

shane laughed at Carly's comment, rather than denying it this time. He looked down and bit his lip again, His smile faded as he thought about Home.
Kuro pawed the ground also and nudged her neck to make her raise her head. He whickered loudly, Then trotted up behind Carly, motioning for Brit to come again.

Carly saw his smile fade and sighed, she hooked her arm with his and patted it affectionatly. "I miss my home too." She said softly, having a feeling thats why the smile had disappeared so fast.

Shane didn't even glance up and kept his gaze set on the ground. "I doubt my family misses me back.." he sighed.

"Don't say that." She murmured softly. She thought a moment then sighed. "I bet they're out of their minds looking for you." She said gently unhooking her arm and hugging him, in a friendly way. She pulled back andpatted his shoulder. "We'll get off this island, sometime, and you'll be with your family again," She said positively, hardly believing her own words. She looked down and sighed. "I hate this too, being stuck on a secluded island, with completel strangers, and matchmaking Unicorns." She said and added the last part just for a small laugh. "Pleeeaaaseeee, just try to make the best out of this, i hate seeing people sad, it drives me nuts." She begged and stepped back.

"Trust me. they don't miss me" Shane said, still not looking up or breaking his pattern of just slowly walking his his hands in his pockets. "I've treated them so badly in the past.."

"Listen to me, if they really truely love you, they will ignore your rude personality, they will look at your better side. If they don't then thats just their loss, because your a a great person, and i know that for a fact." She said softly looking up at him, being shorter than him allowed her to see all his expressions when his head was tilted downward. She gazed up at him hoping there was some way she could make that smile reppear on his face.
