Ruby Herd

Element cocked his head to one side.
"What for?"

"Well, mostly you," I murmered. I knew that I should of told him sooner! "You need to help him."

"Do what?"

"Just do it, already, Element!" I half yelled half demanded. "Go with him!" I snorted. "I'll come with you."

Element have startled by Willow, cautiosly stepped forward.

I looked down. "Sorry," I murmered. "Temper issues..." I nudged his neck and walked beside him.

"So, what do you want us to do?" Element asked.

Everest turned to look at them. "First, come. Then talk. Alright?" He galloped forward and disappeared. I galloped forward, also, and disappeared. "Come on, Element," my voice echoed into the cave.

Element took a step back. He swallowed and summoning all his courage, he raced forward after Willow.

I turned back and saw Element, smiling. "Come on! I said, bouncing through the clouds. It was like I could fly. Everest was laying down by a rainbow. "Come lay, foals," he said. I sighed and bounded over, laying down by him.

Element gazed around him in amazement. he sniffed at a nearby cloud. And looked around for Everest. He spotted him laying down by a rainbow. Willow was already there. He lay down beside her and asked Everest, "Where are we?"

"Above and beyond the sky. We are in horse heavin," he replied to Element. I gasped. "Don't worry," he murmered, "you're not dead. I am, though." I nodded and looked at Element.

Element sighed in relief. "So, what do you need, Gramps?" He nickered jokingly.

Everest snorted. "I need you to try and get the Ruby Herd to Willow's cave. They are below us. Go ahead. Look." I looked down through the clouds, and smiled.

Element looked down through the clouds too.
"But, how? They're scattered every where,"

"How? A few at a time. 6 are below us. You may jump down. It is safe," Everest concluded. "Now, please, go. The power is in your hands." I smiled. "Come on, Element!" I exclaimed. "Let's go!" I jumped down through the clouds and landed safely, and then waited.

Before jumping Elemnt turned toward Everest.

"Thank you," He neighed and jumped down after Willow.

Everest smiled, and walked through the clouds, watching the foals. I smiled and walked down into the clearing seeing six horses, just like Everest had said.

"How do we get there attention?" Element whispered into Willow's ear.

"Rear, i don't know. Play fight?" [you play them, please?] I reared highly and sent out a playful ear peircing whinny, and let my front legs drop just infront of Element's head, and then by his hooves. I did it again, and bared my teeth.

The horses turned around and one of them scolded, "What are you doi-" she cut off. "We haven't seen you around before,"

"That's because we are the lost foals of the Ruby Herd," Element whinnied.

I nodded and flicked my ears.

"The lost foals!" She reared and trotted over to them. The rest followed. She nuzzled Willow and Element. "Is this it? Are you the only survivors?"

I shook my head. "No. There are a few more... But we need you to come with us. Everest needs you."

"Everest...who's he?"
