Okay, this is going to be very you know short, make your own form, follow the rules, and it's just a wild horse RP, PM me or msg here if you wanna be lead stallion, then from there choose your lead mare, bla bla bla, if we have a lack of people, we play more that 1 charry each! =D

My names is Mariposa, it means Butterfly in Spanish, I am a 15.2hh 3 year old mare with a good personality and a short background, I was born in the wild and was taken in by an Indian tribe, but shortly after the village was invaded by strange people, I managed to escape, but my sister was caught, my mother and father managed to flee, but I never saw them after that.

Now I am a lone mare looking for a herd, any herd, as long as don't have to wander alone any longer, I'll take anything.

I rubbed my velvet muzzle on my front left leg then proceeded to sniff at the lush green grass, the little blades tickled my nostrils causing me to sneeze, which echoed in the silence of that small valley I stood in. I perked my ears and looked around me, with hopeful eyes, once I saw that no one was around and it was just my own echo a sad look took over my chocolate brown eyes and I lowered my muzzle once again to the sweet grass. I sniffed a little bit more then I settled on a nice area that had long swaying grass and I took a mouthful, and chewed it routinely, then I lowered my muzzle again and grabbed another mouth full, my ears were perked waiting for any sign of another horse in the area.

I snorted queitly and shoke my mane from where I stood near the small riverbed. My ears perked up, checking for any unknown sounds as I lowered my muzzle into the water for a cool drink. Once I had my fill I playfully splashed the water up towards the sky with my muzzle before walking along the banks.

I began my short, daily journey that I had started a week before, walking to the riverbed to get a fresh drink of water, I walked lazily in that direction, glancing around me as I walked, I heard a distant splash, it was most likely the birds playing in the river. I snorted as a pesky little fly landed on my muzzle, and I shook my mane out.

I glanced around once again before slowly walking into the water.I felt my skin twitch when the cold liquid touched it and snorted slightly as I kept going till the water was up to my chest.My front legs kept hold onto the rocks but the current was very slow so there was no need.I reared up, spalshing the water louder and more then I had before, playfing around.

At the sound of a large splash I raised my head as high as possible and sniffed the air, ears perked and alert. I saw in the distance a gray horse rearing in a river. I whinnied with joy, the first of my kind I had seen in a while did a small buck and then trotted over to the river. I reached my muzzle out towards the horse, sniffing, he was a stallion. I then quickly drew my muzzle back and slowly backed away, not wanting him to think bad of me, I lowered my head as a greeting and gazed up at him silently.

My ears perked at the sound of an other pair of hooves, nostrols flared at the mares scent. My muzzle slightly bumped against hers and bobbed my head slightly. I tilted my head slightly and lowered my head in greetings back to here "Hello" I let out quietly as I looked at her.

I'm sure I would've blushed if I could but you see, horses cannot blush, so my eyes gave my embarrassment away. "Hello...." I whinnied gently as I perked my ears and raised my head back up to it's normal height. "I'm Mariposa." I whinnied again, my eyes twinkling. I absentmindedly let my right front hoof paw at the sweet smelling grass, and I lowered my muzzle to grab a quick bite.

"Im Phantom in the mist or Phantom for short, Nice to meet you" I said and smiled with a slight bob of my head. I shoke my mane as I started getting cold and walked out of the river, shaking myself off before going to dry in the sun.

I laughed and jumped too the side as he shook the water out of his coat and mane. "Likewise." I said walking up to the water, taking a nice long drink and shaking my head to get the excess water off. I looked over at Phantom, "So, what are you doing away from the herd?" I asked curiously.

"Well I dont have a herd so to speak, I visit my brothers but not very often since im a stallion and all" I snorted queitly at the end of my statement and rolled my eyes. I lowere dmy muzzle to the grass and started nibbling on the ends as I asked her a question "Wheres your herd?"

I nodded understandingly then I perked my ears at his question but continued sniffing for sweet grass. "No herd.. Actually I haven't seen any other horses around here... besides you that is.." I said and huffed gently bending the grass under the air. I heard a caw high above us and raised my head, an eagle swept by, it's wings casting shadows on the smooth terrain. I whinnied up to it and it just cawed back. I laughed and shook my mane.

"Oh I see, well if you want a herd I can show you were to go?" I asked slightly and looekd up at the eagle. I smiled and whinned to it when it cawed. My head bobbed playfully as I pawed the ground.

"I don't know... I kind of want too but then again I don't.. but I don't want to be wandering around without any other horses around me." I sighed. I laughed when he whinnied and pawed the ground. Smiling as much as a horse could.

"Oh hmm thats quite intresting if you ask me. I mean why dont you want a herd?" I questioned and tilted my head at the question itself as I looked over at her. I sneezed when the wind blew by, carrying and odd scent but it didnt smell like something to worry over.

"Because it's fun to be independent." I said as I pranced in a small circle out of boredom. "But then again in a herd you have many opportunities, friends.. find a mate." I sort of made the last part quite, didn't want to seem like I was desperate! because I wasn't.. But it was a nice feeling too be loved... I hadn't experienced it, but I had seen it, and I wanted it!

"haha I get what you mean in a sense, I would have a herd but I just havent found the right mate yet for me to start one with" I said with a shrug of my shoulders. My gaze soon wondered up at the sky as I studied the clouds then the forest around us. If I did have a herd this would be the place We would settle since my favorite spot of all was close by.

"Oooooh..." I nodded in understanding. "And of course mares can't start herds.. Although I have heard of a few that did start their own but they had more horses around, whether it be stallions or mares. It just takes a few to start one." I said conversationally, not wanting to let an awkward silence grasp this conversation.

"Yep very true, any horse can start one with the right area and stuff like that " I agreed and tilted my head when I spoke.My shoulders shrugged once again as my ears perked and I looked at her "Come on follow me" I suggested as i staretd heading for my spot.

I nodded. "Where are we going?" I asked curiously as I trotted up beside him, I glanced around and sniffed the fresh crisp mountain air. My mane bounced along with each step I took. My ears and eyes were alert for movement and sound, as slowly new surroundings were all around me.

"One of my fav spots you'll see" I said as we trotted along.I glanced at her here and there with a few smiles before we finally reached my spot. It was fileld with lush grass and green trees but best of all it had one large cherry blossom tree. I loved cherry blossom trees so when I found this one it was the happiest moment ever!

The quick burst of lush green grass hit my nostrils and filled them with the rich scent. And the trickle of a creek that ran through it reached my ears (is that okay? it' small. ) I stared at all the green, and the cherry blossom tree, I gazed at it in complete awe. "It's.... Beautiful!!" I managed to choke out and trot up to the sweet smelling tree, that was covered with beautiful flowers and little cherries here and there.
